Ward Huseth, Chief Financial Officer, oversees the finance, technology, operations and facilities teams of the Great Hearts Academies network. Prior to joining Great Hearts, Mr. Huseth was a Partner and the CFO for the Charter School Growth Fund, a non-profit venture capital fund that invests in the nation's highest performing charter school operators to dramatically expand the number of outstanding educational options for underserved students. Mr. Huseth was previously VP and CFO at Knowledge Learning Corporation-School Partnerships, where he led the organization through multiple strategic business acquisitions and post-merger integrations during a period of rapid growth. Previously, Mr. Huseth was the Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of eCollege, a provider of eLearning solutions. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1999. Mr. Huseth graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
