Wall Street Trader Turns Teacher, Wins Fellowship
A little more than a year ago, Mary Chin walked away from a lucrative career as a Wall Street trader. She liked the challenge and excitement of working for Morgan Stanley, but something was missing.
"I loved the pace, the pressure and the teamwork," she said. "I loved it that they pushed me to really learn the field. But I knew I could be contributing to the world differently," said Chin, now 27 and a Mesa resident. "I love teaching and explaining things. I love learning."
